wEMBOSS		Start wEMBOSS Version 1.7.1. wEMBOSS is a web interface to EMBOSS (currently EMBOSS-5.0.0). An advantage of wEMBOSS is that you can use the data stored in your homedirectory on idbio03. It is therefore easy to combine the web interface and the command line interface.
SeqWeb3.1		Start SeqWeb Version 3.1. SeqWeb is the official Web Interface to the GCG package. You need to have a valid computing account on the zisgi to make use of it (the update of new users is not done automatically, so if you need access, send an email). We moved all your data to the new machine. Please inform us if something is missing.
